Seasonal LED Lighting - Our Standard Service
Our seasonal holiday lighting service uses commercial-grade C7 and C9 LED bulbs - the same type used by professional lighting companies across North America. Commercial LED bulbs last significantly longer than retail-store lights, consume 70–80% less electricity, and produce a warmer, more even glow that reads as elegant rather than garish. Colours are saturated and consistent from bulb to bulb - none of the fading and inconsistency common in retail strings after one or two seasons of use.
For each new client, we begin with a design consultation at your home - we walk the property with you, discuss what elements you want to highlight (roofline, windows, trees, pillars, landscaping), and develop a lighting plan that suits both your vision and your home's architecture. We then install everything typically in a single visit, run the lighting to verify all connections and timers are correct, and show you the system before we leave. If anything fails during the season - a strand goes out, a connection loosens - we come back to fix it at no charge. At the end of the season, we return to take everything down, test and store the equipment properly, and prepare it for reinstallation the following year.
Permanent LED Lighting - Year-Round Curb Appeal
Permanent LED lighting systems are one of the most significant innovations in residential exterior lighting in recent years. These systems use colour-changing LED nodes installed permanently along the roofline and eaves of a home - effectively invisible during the day, they transform into any colour or pattern at night using a smartphone app. For holidays, the system shows red and green for Christmas, orange for Halloween, red and white for Canada Day. The rest of the year, it can display your favourite colour, a patriotic scheme, a team colour for game nights, or simply be turned off. Once installed, you never need to put up or take down lights again.
